S-128 Aluminum NASCAR Wheels (4) 14.5x8.9mm for 3/32" axles

BRM Aluminum 1/32 scale NASCAR wheels (4) 14.5x8.9mm for 3/32" axles S-128.  These wheels fit the stock SCX NASCAR tire or we have available a selection of tires specifically sized for these wheels, which tires do fit the stock SSCX NASCAR wheels.

S-129 shore 30, S-129H shore 55, S-129S shore 22, S-129SE shore 22, S-129SG shore 15  The -129H tires are meant for use as front tires.

Secured with M2 setscrews use with .9mm allen wrench:  Wera 118062,  SC-5030,  SC-5044

These wheels are modeled on the SCX NASCAR wheel but they are meant for 3/32" or 2.38mm axles.  This presents a dilemma as the SCX axles are 2.4mm diameter and the SCX axle bushings are of a size made by no other manufacturer so it is necessary to use the stock SCX axles & bushings but it is easy enough to 'modify' the stock SCX axles to work with these wheels.  The photos below show how it's done.  Remove the stock wheels from the axle, power up the motor and with a flat file remove just enough material to fit these BRM wheels.  

To use these wheels on a Scalextric NASCAR the situation is much the same as with SCX and the rear axle can be mofied in the same fashion but there is another way; the entire 'rear end' can be replaced with high quality parts.  NSR4846  Bushings,  SC-1210 50mm Axle,  SC-1113 27t Crown Gear.  With those parts both front and rear axle assemblies can be replaced, two packs of the NSR bushings are required.
